Ding Dong the Witch is Dead

- It's about time. The wicked witch retires. Here's a great response by the Jerusalem Post: An open letter to Helen Thomas

- Did you forget about D-Day? POTUS did... or maybe he really doesn't care.

Yesterday of course was the 66th anniversary of D-Day, when U.S. and British troops trudged gallantly onto beaches of Normandy under remorseless German fire – perhaps even more intense than that incurred by Secretary of State Clinton from Serb snipers in Bosnia.

I keep getting the feeling that POTUS has no real appreciation for what the men and women of our military has done too keep the flame of freedom going.

- Speaking of POTUS; he had his second music party at the WH this week. With record debt you'd think maybe one would suffice for awhile. It's nice to see the king so entertained.

- Oh thankgoodness. POTUS is going to kick some ass for us little people. Yeeeaaaa!

- I got this off of Drudge: here

President Barack Obama is telling high school graduates in Michigan not to make
excuses, and to take responsibility for failures as well as successes.

Can you remember ONE time Obama took reponsibility for a failure? Question 2: How many times can you remember him blaming Bush? I'll give you one.

Say It Aint So...AL!

- I begin with a 'what the....what' moment: But of Course: Deficit Reduction Commission Asks for More Funding It continues to defy the folds of my brain why any one with half a cranium thinks government can do anything correctly. Oh ya I can't WAIT for government to finally take over my health care. What a cluster....f bomb... that's going to be.

- What I want to know is does she travel?: An Omaha woman offers a different uniform while she cleans house: topless, bottomless or fully nude.

- Sad news really. After 40 years Al Gore and wife Tipper are calling it quits. It looks like Al was so busy saving the planet from us that he forgot to save what truely matters.....his family.

- The U.S. debt has now passed 13 trillion. That's with a T. http://www.usdebtclock.org/

- Journalism 'Reinvention' Smacks of Government Control, Critics Say

- And the boob of the year goes too..... "Get the hell out of Palestine"

Is there any doubt she rides a broom?

Trying to Find a Better Twitter Name

- I'm on the hunt to find a more fitting Twitter nickname. It's currently JimmyJab, but I'm not thrilled with it. Ideas please.

- Hilarious! Stay the course AZ. Stay the course. Arizona Boycotts Could Hit Hispanic Hospitality Workers

"These boycotts could be hurting the very same people that they profess to be helping," said Garrick Taylor, spokesman for the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry."

- The devestating effects of government spending and the private sector. :Private pay shrinks to historic lows

Those records reflect a long-term trend accelerated by the recession and the federal stimulus program to counteract the downturn. The result is a major shift in the source of personal income from private wages to government programs.

He'd Rather Bow to a Despot than Show Them Our Big Stick

- It looks a lot like the boobs in Washington are a lot more concerned with how we are viewed internationally, when considering policy, than concerned with what our Constitution says. Calderon urges U.S. to reinstate assault weapons ban. When it comes to taking guns off the street, laws only apply to people who follow them, not criminals. Why is that so hard to understand? Or maybe there is something else to the effect of taking guns off the street all together. Side note here: the day Washington takes up legislature on an assault weapons ban is the day I will own an AR-15 .223. They are so sweet!

- The fruits of weakness

This is not just an America in decline. This is an America in retreat --
accepting, ratifying and declaring its decline, and inviting rising powers
to fill the vacuum.
Nor is this retreat by inadvertence. This is retreat by design and, indeed, on
principle. It's the perfect fulfillment of Obama's adopted Third World narrative of
American misdeeds, disrespect and domination from which he has come to redeem us and the world

- There's a lot of underwear bunching over Rand Paul's comments on the Civil Rights Act. I found this via twitter:
'Note to Democrats: the Democrat appointed President Pro Tempore of the United
States Senate filibustered the Civil Rights Act.'
Let's not forget who it was that fought so hard for segregation in the first place.....Southern DEMOCRATS. Why do you think that for years the Democrats had a strong hold on the south? hat tip Teri Christoph for the post on twitter.

There Are Rats in the White House, Jab Roundup

- Raise you're hand if you give a rats a-- what other countries, especially the Chicoms who have a history or murdering millions of their own people, care about how we police our borders? chirp chirp chirp. I didn't think so. Mexico 2 Cuba On top of it all our king.....ehh umm.... our President, has even apologized for the Arizona law that was recently passed. Are you kidding me? It's really hard to not come away with the feeling Obama hates this country. If he's not bowing to every despot moron he's apologizing to them. Give me a break.

- Isn't it funny none of the democRATS have actually read the Arizona law but they all seem to know how bad it is? Eric Holder Can’t Read?

Liberal reporters always think that the liberal politicians they’re covering are
the smartest people in the room. In fact, when they’re opposing something,
they’re so smart that they don’t have to read the policy they’re discussing.
They have a clairvoyant sense of how wrong it is.

- News flash for you...The Arizona law is identical to the one the feds already have on the books: Obama Says Administration Taking ‘Very Close Look’ at Arizona’s Immigration Law for Civil Rights ‘Implications’

- No seriously. There are rats in the White House. create your own jokes here

- Excuse me Nan. How does extending unemployment create jobs? Bill Aims to Expand Benefits for the Unemployed
"This is a bill about creating jobs, preventing outsourcing of jobs
overseas, closing loopholes that corporations and wealthy individuals (use
for) avoiding U.S. taxes and meeting the needs of those who have lost their
jobs through no fault of their own," House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif.,

Jab Roundup

- What's the point of Congress if the POTUS can just skirt around them and implement policy without their approval? Did we elect ourselves a king?

"Then there's the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, which stands ready to
put regulations into effect in January that would reduce carbon dioxide
pollution from power plants and factories if Congress fails to act." here

- It's not looking like POTUS made such a great move when he decided to take missle defense out of Poland and off the table so we can sit down at a table to deal with the Russians like civilized people. I just don't understand appeasement. If I were POTUS I'd put the missle shield right back in Poland and aim the son of a bitch right at Moscow. Russia warns U.S. against unilateral Iran sanctions

- Hope this continues. VOTE ALL OF THE A-HOLES OUT!

- Yaaaaaa NO GM Pays Back TARP With Govt Funds ....It "simply transferred $6.7 billion from one taxpayer-funded TARP account to another."

Polish or not to Polish

I've waffled back and forth whether or not to polish Ugly Betty. Seeing here semi-polished does give it the wow factor.
